As a Life Coach, I believe in guiding people towards discovering, understanding, and improving mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional fitness by working on building resilience, diligence, and reaching personal goals. I believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and purposeful life, and I am here to help you achieve that.

My Experience
I am a certified Maxwell Leadership Coach and Mentor. Working with clients from all walks of life, and helping them to navigate through life's challenges is one of my passions. I have a background in equine-facilitated learning, equine-led leadership, and social work which allows me to provide an exciting and unique holistic
approach to coaching. I believe we can all get into a personal rhythm of cultivating long-lasting mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical wellness. We don't aim for perfection - we aim for steady progress!
My Services
I offer one-on-one equine-led leadership coaching sessions, group coaching, workshops, retreats and mental - physical - emotional fitness classes. My areas of expertise include personal growth and development, stress management, relationship coaching, and whole-body wellness coaching.
A key part in our overall wellness is found in caring for our nutritional needs as well. This is an area of my own health that I value highly, especially after experiencing illness in my past that left me in pain, depleted and scared.
Stability Fit is incredibly important to me as a way to help others who feel the way I did before making the changes to my daily routines and methods for guarding my mind, body and emotions.

The Value of Nutrition
I have learned that while it is important to eliminate unhealthy items from my diet, it is crucial to fulfill the wide range of needed beneficial items too! Taking away the wrong choices for us needs to be followed by identifying the right choices and adjusting our habits to meet our wellness goals. This is a personal and unique process for each of us. I recommend
utilizing supplements in your diet. Even when we prioritize eating a variety of nutritious foods and drinks, we can still be missing important nutrients. This can leave us feeling unwell, tired, unmotivated and like we have lost our spark.

Mornings Matter!
A great day starts with a well-planned morning routine, and a big part of that is our breakfast!
The busier and more demanding our days are the more we must intentionally supply our bodies with the right fuel needed for the important work ahead of us. When I made a change in this area and a commitment to stop only taking continuously from my mind, body and emotions without replenishing them, I experienced a dramatic improvement in my day-to-day life. I want to share in this happy discovery with others.
One of my favorite ways to get a great boost of nutrition in a small package is with smoothies/protein shakes! Before I do my farm chores and take care of the stable I am sure to fuel my body.
Staying motivated is a challenge, but with the right help, coaching and nutrition, it doesn't have to feel impossible. Part of my purpose is to offer my services to add value to others' lives.

2) In-person Participant, including programs at Peaceful Acres like the Horsin'Around Buddy program where you could be matched up with a special buddy-horse, Women's "In Search of Purpose" Retreats, and Coaching with Nanci. Limited availability.
3) Online Mentorship & Coaching to establish the steps and plan needed to help achieve your goals.
4) Online helpful resources, masterclasses, and product recommendations.
5) In-person Retreats, Classes, Challenges, and Coaching opportunities are available for non-local participants as well. On-site accommodations are available.
